ATLANTA– January 1, 2010– Allure Realty Group has much to celebrate in 2010. 2009 closed on an extremely high note. To top it all off, they just received news that their Luxury Division put Allure Realty Group on Atlanta’s List of top 10 Significant Sales 2009.
The list, called “Significant Sales in Atlanta”, celebrates the important transactions in Atlanta residential real estate. Homes featured in the list are single family homes sold for more than $3 million or condo/loft/townhomes that have sold over $1 million. The sales cover the entire Atlanta market. It lists the single-family homes in Atlanta that have sold for more than $3 million since the first of the year.
