Alpharetta is located 400N exit 11 & 12 about 30 minutes north of Atlanta above Roswell and below Cumming. Alpharetta is a place where business executives live. Windward Parkway is one of the main streets where new businesses came about 15yrs ago. Its very uniform in looks with sidewalks, trees and kept very clean and appealing. Because of this, the real estate market has been solid for the last 15 years.

Homes in Alpharetta are located in beautiful Luxury Subdivisions. Most of them are rich with many amenities. The 'Windward' community has its own private lake for canoing or fishing, many tennis courts and a community pool. It also has a private golf course. Outside of the Windward area are many golf communities, swim/tennis communities and many equestrian homes sites.

Alpharetta is a wonderful place to raise a family. It has a very safe feel with excellent schools. It has miles of green space throughout the city where individuals or families can go walking and bike riding through the trails. Wills Park located west of Alpharetta also has baseball, soccer and other sports fields, community pool and an Equestrian Center. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and coffee shops all within easy access!
